Sauces: From jalapenos, to salsa & guacamole, the richness of choice can help turn a simple meal into a feast. Mexican style salsa made with tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, coriander and lime juice. Ideal for adding to traditional Mexican dishes such as fajitas as well as being part of the BBQ occasion.

Seasonings: Our Medium Fajita Seasoning Mix has been specially developed to give a taste of Mexico to your meal. A mix of chilli, garlic, coriander and oregano blended to perfection by our chef. A mix of chilli, cumin and oregano, specially blended to be combined with mince. Once cooked perfect for filling Taco Trays, Taco Shells or folded up in a soft flour Tortilla to make a burrito. Tortilla chips: Mexican food is probably best known for its fajita and nacho dishes. Our Tortilla Chips are made from maize flour and when topped with salsa, guacamole and soured cream are a great appetizer or snack. None of our product contains preservatives!
